Quality assurance is met through set protocols and an internal audit process through the ER24 Clinical Governance Framework which is reviewed by our Medical Director.
The strategic priority of our professional development program is to ensure all staff maintain a contemporary clinical and patient care practice in the dynamic and changing field of pre-hospital care. Our medical officers and training providers work together to ensure paramedics deliver care in accordance with the worldwide health care theme of ‘best practice’, along with quality First Aid training for all of our clientele.
Security Services
Our professionally managed company is engaged in offering contractual Corporate and Industrial Security; we specialize in delivering contemporary world class Security Services that will compliment any facility management service.
We tailor our services to suit our client. Each ER24 Security Services employee is dedicated to exemplary service and is committed to accomplishing their daily duties with diligence and professionalism. Our staff are highly skilled professionals with many years of experience in the field of Security. We ensure that we meet our client’s expectations in accordance with their scope of work and offer them a cost effective ‘value for money’ service, delivered by trained professionals within a specified time frame.
Medical Logistics
Medical centre and First Aid room fit outs are a specialty of the ER24 medical logistics branch, with the combined buying power of the Medicross Australia medical centre’s and Healthy Pharmacy Group; a value added service is delivered to any industrial project.
This service combines fit outs from a simple roller bandage to defibrillator, and everything in between. Our onsite paramedic’s can also maintain a minimum and maximum re-order stock take manifest, which stretches the clients budget to meet the needs of the specific site. This process also follows the ‘just in time management’ logistics theory that value adds to any organizations financial constraints.
Rescue Services
All of our ER24 Personnel meet the physical standards required for Mine Site Rescue. In support of the mines rescue model, ER24 provides a rescue trainer as part of the services we deliver for the Rescue roll. As part of this service ER24 commits to maintaining all rescue skills, as part of our ongoing skills maintenance program.
The site ER24 Rescue Coordinator will maintain a centralised system for ERT, and ensure that there is open communication between all on-site stakeholders, and will assist in strategically steering the entire group to ensure all the necessary skills maintenance and re-certifications are achieved in accordance with current rescue standards.
